30-35% 
 

Tolerances:

More cold tolerant than Quince A 
 

Resistances:

Crown gall, pear decline, nematodes, root aphids, mildew 
 

Susceptibilities:

Fireblight, less tolerant to wet soil conditions than Quince A or BA29-:C 
 

Precocity:

Greater than Quince A and BA29 C 

 

Support:

Required due to precocity and productivity 

   

 

 

Notes

Very productive and precocious pear rootstock, but requires support.
Some incompatabilities.  All trees are therefore interstemmed with Doyenne Du Comice
